A Tour of Bordeaux - Saturday, January 28th with Winemaker Michele D'Aprix
Bordeaux is one of the preeminent wine regions of the world. Located in the Southwest quadrant of France, and bolstered by Atlantic Ocean breezes, Bordeaux produces hearty wines, predominantly Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot. This tasting will be a special pleasure as Winemaker Michele D'Aprx will be on hand to walk us through some of the finest offerings from Saint-Emilion and other Bordeaux beauties. Don't miss it! Paired with small plates from Chef Anthony Pino.
