Chef Anthony Pino has had an impressive and immersive career in the culinary world. A Johnson & Wales graduate, he established himself in New York City working at Park Avalon, and creating dishes for the legendary Balducci’s.
In the late 1990’s, he opened Anthony David’s in Hoboken, and established both himself and the town as culinary landmarks. In 2002, he expanded with the addition of The Dining Room at Anthony David’s, and achieved critical acclaim from Gourmet, The New York Times, The Star-Ledger, The Record and Paper Magazine.
In 2008, Anthony expanded again with the opening of Bin 14, Hoboken’s first and only wine bar. He is a two-time guest Chef at the James Beard House and is currently in the planning phases for a new Hoboken restaurant.
